"I called and spoke to Vin he spent a lot of time with me trying to diagnose over the phone and we discussed different options for resolving my slow PC. We talked about replacing with a solid-state drive but I think we came to the conclusion that it was slow because of competing virus software. I was highly impressed with the knowledge and assistance provided by Vin, the owner, and one of his techs in troubleshooting my laptop problems.
